Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and evaluate business requirements from various stakeholders to ensure comprehensive understanding.
• Help transform business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct data analysis to detect trends, identify patterns, and extract meaningful insights.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations utilizing Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing business processes.
• Work collaboratively with diverse teams, including Technology, Product, Operations, and Sales departments.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data by validating and maintaining data integrity.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and prepare related documentation.
• Provide support to senior analysts on ongoing projects and client-related tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Possess a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.
• Basic proficiency with SQL, advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, and foundational data analysis principles.
• Familiarity with business operations and experience in gathering requirements effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative team environment.
