Collect and evaluate business requirements from various stakeholders to ensure comprehensive understanding.
Help transform business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
Conduct data analysis to detect trends, identify patterns, and extract meaningful insights.
Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations utilizing Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools.
Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing business processes.
Work collaboratively with diverse teams, including Technology, Product, Operations, and Sales departments.
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data by validating and maintaining data integrity.
Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and prepare related documentation.
Provide support to senior analysts on ongoing projects and client-related tasks.

Possess a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.
Basic proficiency with SQL, advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, and foundational data analysis principles.
Familiarity with business operations and experience in gathering requirements effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Capacity to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative team environment.
