This fixed-term role runs for 12 months and can be based in Auckland or Wellington. It offers the chance to work on important, complex delivery work while being part of a culture that values both performance and wellbeing.

Your efforts will support compliant, durable and data-led outcomes, while strengthening liquidity data quality and helping the bank deliver change successfully.
What you bring

You should bring practical experience in business analysis, requirements work and process understanding, along with the ability to turn varied inputs into structured outcomes.
- Background in discovery work, process analysis and writing clear requirements
- Ability to convert business, regulatory, technical and data needs into actionable solutions
- Solid delivery discipline, including planning and prioritising in project or change settings
- Experience analysing data, including critical data elements, data quality and data lineage

- Wellbeing support
- Generous leave benefits
- Opportunity to build long-term capability through meaningful work
