The role is offered in Christchurch or Hamilton with a hybrid working arrangement.
What the role involves

What Kiwibank is looking for
This is suited to someone starting out in finance or banking who wants to grow in a supportive and inclusive environment. Kiwibank will help develop your strengths and build new capabilities. A Commerce or Finance degree is preferred, though not mandatory. Previous experience in a banking contact centre or branch environment would be an advantage. Strong accuracy, good documentation habits, and the ability to follow processes closely are important. You should also be confident communicating with customers and stakeholders, comfortable using digital tools, quick to learn new technology, and interested in improving how things are done.
Additional information
You do not need to meet every requirement to be considered. Kiwibank is especially interested in people who reflect its purpose and values and who will contribute positively to a vibrant, inclusive workplace. Applications close on Wednesday 8 July.
