About the Role

This role involves contributing to a newly forming and expanding Change division, where the organisation is heavily investing in technology, data, and AI, with over 20 active transformation projects including underwriting platforms, global business changes, finance systems upgrades, and process modernisation.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will partner closely with technology, data, and various business teams to guide and execute complex change projects from initial discovery phases through to implementation. You will engage senior stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements, map business processes, and promote meaningful changes across multiple programs.

Required Experience and Skills

• Proven background as a Business Analyst supporting technology or business change projects
• Experience within financial services or insurance sectors
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement across both technical and business groups
• Competency in gathering, assessing, and documenting business requirements
• Experience in process mapping and optimising workflows
• Capability to manage and work on various initiatives simultaneously
• Collaborative, transparent communication and focus on delivery outcomes
• Influencing skills to promote positive change within teams
