Role Overview
Capgemini is seeking a Business Analyst focused on retail transformation initiatives. In this role, you will help steer major business change programs so they stay closely aligned with the organization’s priorities and strategic objectives.
What You Will Do
- Work with clients to identify their top business needs, define the transformation path, and support the innovation agenda.
- Bring structure to complex client challenges by shaping problems clearly and applying practical methods, tools, and frameworks to solve them.
- Advise clients on IT strategy and roadmap planning, application portfolio simplification, cost reduction, IT rationalization, and benchmarking.
- Create and implement initiatives that improve business processes, raise operational efficiency, and generate measurable savings.
- Partner with stakeholders across management levels to map current processes, analyze data, recommend process improvements, and build scorecards or other tracking tools to measure progress.
Candidate Profile
- You should have 5 to 10 years of experience in digital transformation, process consulting, or business consulting.
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration from a Tier I institute is required.
- Hands-on exposure to BFSI consulting, process reengineering, and digital transformation is expected.
- Experience across any two to three BFSI areas such as corporate banking, cards and payments, credit and lending, wealth management, insurance, corporate finance, trade finance, or treasury is needed.
- Prior work using artificial intelligence technologies in projects, initiatives, or product development, with demonstrable business impact, is preferred.
- Experience with SDLC and Agile program management methods is important.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
