Role overview
We are hiring a Business Analyst who has worked on software development projects and can contribute across the full delivery cycle, from gathering needs through to UAT support. This role is suited to professionals with hands-on experience in software development environments.
Experience
- Typically 4 to 5 years of experience is expected, though this may differ based on Job Level JL10 or JL11.
Core responsibilities
- Collect and refine business requirements for software development initiatives.
- Create and maintain functional documentation.
- Act as the communication bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through the delivery lifecycle.
- Work through the end-to-end project process within application or software development settings.
Important fit criteria
- The background must be in business analysis for application or software development work.
- Profiles focused only on analytics BA work will not be considered a match.
Preferred experience
- Exposure to public sector projects is an advantage.
- Experience coordinating with several project stakeholders is also preferred.
