Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join a project within the aeronautics sector. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and visualize data to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, cleanse, and verify datasets from diverse sources such as Salesforce, Jira, Planisware, and internal dashboards.
• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Produce interactive visual presentations and executive-level scorecards that facilitate strategic oversight.
• Ensure dashboards deliver accurate, dependable, and user-friendly insights to end users.
• Collaborate with business leaders to capture reporting requirements effectively.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions for reporting and visualization.
• Provide training sessions and ongoing support to dashboard users to maximize utility.
• Conduct root cause analyses on implementation challenges and build dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Between 2 and 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proficient with data visualization platforms such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong skills in data analysis and process mapping methodologies.
• Bilingual fluency in French and English is mandatory.
• Experience working with KPI frameworks and governance structures.
• Familiarity with issue tracking tools including Jira and Salesforce, and comfortable in multilingual settings.
• Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational levels and support executive leadership.
• Result-oriented with a strong commitment to meeting project goals.
• Self-directed and accountable in task execution and decision-making within given guidelines.
