Business Analyst - Murex Front Office Finance

Role Overview

The Business Analyst will evaluate the organization's processes and systems, focusing on how the business model integrates with technology. The role involves assessing the current operational state, capturing customer needs, and designing future business solutions. This position requires extensive research, synthesis of information, and collaboration across teams to ensure alignment between business units and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading and managing the team to achieve objectives.

• Facilitate effective communication between business and technical groups to maintain clarity and alignment.

• Identify gaps and recommend process improvements for ongoing enhancement of business workflows.

Required Skills and Experience

• Expertise in Murex Front Office Finance is essential.
• Knowledge of Risk Management and Murex Back Office Workflows is advantageous.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience in process mapping and business process re-engineering aimed at efficiency gains.
• Capability to work collaboratively in multi-functional teams to produce integrated solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Additional Details

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience specifically in Murex Front Office Finance.
• Educational requirement: 15 years of full-time education.
• Work location: MDC8A - STPI office, Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
