Junior Account Executive

Overview

My Recharge Pvt. Ltd., located in Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, is seeking a Junior Accountant or Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. This position is ideal for candidates with fundamental accounting skills and familiarity with GST regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Inputting data related to purchases, sales, receipts, and payments into Tally software.
• Maintaining accurate accounting records and ledgers.
• Providing assistance with GST calculations and reconciliation processes.
• Performing bank reconciliations and entering vouchers.
• Generating financial reports using MS Excel.
• Supporting senior accountants with daily bookkeeping tasks.
• Organizing and maintaining proper financial documentation and files.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in accounting roles, though freshers with GST training and solid accounting knowledge are welcome.
• Mandatory basic understanding of GST.
• Working knowledge of Tally or Busy ERP software.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

Compensation and Work Details

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000, depending on experience and skills. It is a full-time, on-site role based at the office located at 111/56 Near V-Mart, Kumbha Marg, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur. Immediate joining is preferred.
