Role overview

This opportunity sits within a customer-focused environment where the role holder is expected to work independently, make sound decisions with discretion, and use analytics to influence partner teams. The work involves solving both tactical and strategic business problems with a strong data-first mindset.
Amazon’s larger goal is to make shopping online effortless and reliable for customers everywhere. The company values diverse perspectives and looks for people who are curious, inventive, practical, and committed to building trust with customers and sellers.

- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities, propose solutions, and drive implementation.
- Communicate with partner teams, gather information, share updates, and facilitate discussions using data.
