What you will do
- Collect, evaluate, and document business and functional requirements.
- Work closely with healthcare, IT, and business stakeholders to move project work forward.
- Review healthcare workflows and identify opportunities to streamline or improve them.
- Create process documentation, reports, and dashboards to support analysis and decision-making.
- Assist with system testing, user acceptance testing, and rollout activities.
- Prepare project materials and present key findings to stakeholders in a clear manner.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, ideally within healthcare.
- Hands-on experience gathering business requirements and writing functional specifications.
- Working knowledge of healthcare operations and data analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication ability, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred capabilities
- Experience using SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Exposure to healthcare platforms such as EHR or EMR systems.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery methods.
- Basic awareness of HIPAA compliance requirements.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are advantageous.

Compensation
The annual salary for this position is $65,000 to $75,000.
