Overview
Aaratech Inc. is looking for a Healthcare Business Analyst to advance healthcare projects by examining business processes, collecting requirements, and providing solutions grounded in data. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to enhance operational workflows, patient care outcomes, and overall business effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and document both business and functional requirements thoroughly.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare providers, IT specialists, and business teams to aid project goals.
- Evaluate healthcare workflows and suggest improvements for greater efficiency.
- Create detailed business process documents, analytical reports, and visual dashboards.
- Assist with system testing phases including user acceptance testing and the deployment process.
- Develop project documentation and effectively communicate insights and progress to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, IT, or similar disciplines.
- Minimum of two years experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a healthcare context.
- Proficient in gathering and recording business requirements and crafting functional specifications.
- Solid understanding of healthcare business processes and experience performing data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Expertise
- Practical experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for data visualization and analysis.
- Familiarity with healthcare information systems such as EHR or EMR platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum project management frameworks.
- Basic awareness of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements.
- Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, or Certified ScrumMaster are advantageous.
Additional Information
Compensation for this position ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
