Business Analyst (Entry / Junior Level)

About the Role

Join NEXO Lubricantes S.A. as an Entry to Junior Level Business Analyst working fully remotely from Germany. The position involves analyzing business needs, collaborating with multiple teams, and supporting the development of technology-driven business solutions in a detail-focused and motivated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business teams, product managers, and developers to understand and translate business needs into actionable functional requirements.
• Evaluate business processes to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
• Develop and maintain documentation including requirements, process flows, user stories, and functional specs.
• Assist with project planning, execution, testing, and deployment activities.
• Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure solutions align with business requirements.
• Perform data analysis and generate reports to aid decision-making.
• Identify and propose solutions for business risks, dependencies, and problems.
• Serve as a communication bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Engage in meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Track project progress and support ongoing process improvements.
• Continuously learn and apply new tools, methodologies, and technologies relevant to business analysis.

Requirements

• Entry-level or junior candidates with up to 3 years of experience including internships.
• Educational background or relevant experience in Business Administration, Analytics, IT, Computer Science, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Solid understanding of business analysis fundamentals, process improvement, and requirement gathering.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Capability to clearly document and communicate business and technical needs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Jira, Confluence, or comparable tools is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies is beneficial.
• Experience or knowledge of SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fully remote German-based team environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Motivated to learn continuously and grow professionally.
• Fluency in English required.
• Legal authorization to work full-time in Germany.
