Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is for two Business Analysts at mid and senior level to join a fast-moving Digital & Transformation function in Auckland. The position is centered on delivering strategic technology and data programmes that improve efficiency, strengthen customer experience, and support business expansion.
You will contribute across a broad mix of initiatives rather than a single project, so the role suits someone who is comfortable navigating several workstreams within a changing digital environment.
What you'll do
- Partner with stakeholders on complex digital and transformation programmes to collect, shape, and record business and technical needs.
- Run workshops and provide support throughout the full business analysis lifecycle.
- Help improve business analysis methods, workflows, and delivery practices over time.
Projects you may contribute to
- Data-focused programmes such as migration, warehousing, and improvements to governance.
- Rebuilding websites and enhancing digital user experiences.
- Introducing an enterprise analytics and business intelligence solution.
- Rolling out enterprise platforms such as Procurement, CRM, HRIS, and ERP.
- Managing complex integrations between key systems such as CRM, eCommerce, and Point of Sale.
- Supporting broader cross-functional digital transformation initiatives.
Experience and strengths
- Strong background in facilitating workshops and eliciting requirements.
- Capability to lead or assist with user acceptance testing and training.
- Hands-on experience with large technology implementations, including ERP, CRM, Salesforce, and integration work.
- Exposure to data initiatives such as migration, warehousing, and governance or privacy-related work.
- Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at every level.
- A collaborative style, openness to feedback, and the ability to influence decisions and outcomes.
- Comfort working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery settings.
Why this role could appeal to you
- Take part in high-impact digital transformation work.
- Work alongside experienced teams in a supportive environment.
- Have a direct role in shaping strategic outcomes and business results.
- Benefit from a flexible, contemporary workplace with room to grow professionally.
Eligibility
Applicants need to be located in New Zealand and have a valid work visa to be considered. As there may be a large number of applications, only candidates selected for the next stage will be contacted.
