Role Overview

This position is focused on driving impactful improvements across a complex and high-profile operational program. Emphasizing business process enhancement, governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, the role steers clear of technical or software development tasks. We're seeking a business-savvy analyst passionate about dissecting organizational operations, elevating processes, and enabling leadership to make well-informed decisions via enhanced reporting and governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across varied business functions and engage with leaders and stakeholders to analyze, visualize, and refine business processes related to governance, assurance, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Document comprehensive end-to-end processes, create detailed supporting materials, and facilitate the capture and dissemination of essential knowledge, starting with the team's own functions.
  • Engage with operational and corporate teams across the larger program to grasp how their workflows impact reporting and organizational outcomes, identifying opportunities to bolster governance and consistency.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships across the NFAEP, helping teams understand and optimize their operations.
  • Translate intricate business requirements into clear deliverables, feasible recommendations, and realistic improvements.
  • Support governance, risk, assurance, and compliance efforts through meticulous process analysis and documentation.
  • Conduct workshops, consultations, and discussions to uncover business challenges and co-create practical solutions.
  • Encourage sustainable, standardized processes that strengthen operational performance, facilitate knowledge sharing, and minimize dependency on individual expertise.
  • Drive continuous advancement across business processes, reporting systems, and organizational capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in analyzing, mapping, and advancing business processes within multifaceted operational settings.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and engagement capabilities.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills that convert complex information into actionable and clear outputs.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, report generation, and deriving actionable business insights.
  • Solid understanding of governance frameworks, assurance, risk control, compliance, and ongoing improvement techniques.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands, collaborate effectively across teams, and deliver high-quality results.
  • A proactive mindset focused on analysis and problem-solving, with a readiness to inquire and identify improvement possibilities.
