Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst with 3 to 4 years of experience in banking and financial services to support various business transformation projects. This role involves examining business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and partnering with multiple stakeholders to design and implement effective business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and detail business and functional requirements from diverse teams.
- Examine banking and financial workflows to uncover areas for enhancement.
- Create process flow diagrams, comprehensive business documentation, and analytical reports.
- Work closely with business units, compliance teams, and IT departments to align goals.
- Assist in system and user acceptance testing as well as deployment activities.
- Provide stakeholders regular updates on project progress and offer business insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or equivalent fields.
- Demonstrated 3 to 4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst within the banking or financial sectors.
- Proficient in business process evaluation, requirements elicitation, and documentation standards.
- Strong familiarity with banking operations and financial reporting mechanisms.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication abilities, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with SQL querying, Power BI, or Tableau visualization tools.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
- Awareness of banking regulatory frameworks and financial system infrastructures.
- Work experience with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are advantageous.

Compensation ranges between $70,000 and $80,000 annually.
