Role overview
As a Team Member, you’ll be one of the main points of contact for guests and help set the tone for friendly, quality service. This position is open to people seeking full-time work as well as those who want a part-time role that fits around other ambitions. Shifts may be available across breakfast, lunch, late-night, and weekend periods, depending on what works best for your schedule. The role calls for a warm demeanor, consistent eye contact, a positive attitude, and a welcoming smile.
What you’ll do
- Engage with guests to make sure they leave with a positive experience.
- Assist customers with placing their orders and choosing meals they enjoy.
- Help prepare customer meals.
- Work alongside other team members and managers to hit daily goals while keeping the environment enjoyable.
- Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-presented restaurant.
- Provide support to guests and teammates as needed.
Requirements
- Strong customer service ability.
- Willingness to learn, improve, and grow in the role.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving team setting and handling pressure.
- At least 16 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
Physical requirements
This job may require bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching. You should also be able to work in both warm and cold environments, remain on your feet for 8 to 10 hours, and lift up to 20 lbs.
