Job description
Role Overview
As a Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for guests and an important part of delivering friendly service and a welcoming dining experience. This role is suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant setting and can handle shifts across breakfast, lunch, late evenings, and weekends based on availability. Both full-time and part-time schedules may be available depending on the candidate’s needs.
Success in this position depends on maintaining a friendly appearance, making eye contact, and bringing a positive, upbeat attitude to every shift.
Key Duties
- Create a positive guest experience by interacting with customers in a friendly and helpful way.
- Assist guests with placing orders and choosing meals.
- Prepare food items for customers.
- Work closely with fellow team members and managers to achieve daily targets while keeping the shift enjoyable and efficient.
- Maintain a clean, appealing, and well-kept restaurant environment.
- Support teammates and help wherever needed.
Requirements
- Strong customer service ability.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and develop over time.
- Comfort working in a busy, high-pressure team environment.
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Physical Demands
This role requires the ability to bend, squat, twist, pull, and reach. You should also be able to work in both warm and cold conditions, stand for 8 to 10 hours, and lift items weighing up to 20 lbs.
