It combines Raffles’ signature warmth and tailored service with the natural surroundings and sustainability values of Red Sea Global to create a highly curated experience for discerning travelers.

Role Summary

  • Deliver thoughtful, personalized interactions by anticipating guest needs and sharing helpful details about the resort, destination, and local culture.
  • Operate electric buggies responsibly while following resort speed rules, pedestrian safety measures, and Saudi driving regulations.
  • Perform daily pre-shift checks, including battery condition, tyre pressure, and cleanliness, and keep vehicles in excellent condition.
  • Support guests with luggage and personal belongings in a careful and professional manner.
  • Stay in regular contact with the Front Office and Concierge teams to manage prompt pick-ups and drop-offs.
  • Handle vehicle charging efficiently and report any technical issues that may impact energy use or operations.
  • Follow the resort’s grooming and behavioral standards so every guest interaction reflects the brand’s luxury service style.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a hospitality qualification is an advantage.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a guest-facing position at a luxury hotel or resort.
  • A valid Saudi Arabian driving licence is mandatory.
  • Strong English communication skills are essential; Arabic or additional languages are beneficial.
  • Comfort with working outdoors in different weather conditions and assisting with heavier luggage when needed.

Additional Information

  • Applicants should understand the expectations of ultra-luxury guests and be aligned with premium brand standards.
  • Experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-opening phases is required.
  • Pre-opening experience is mandatory.
