Overview

Are you energized by a dynamic workload and motivated to find the best care solutions for vulnerable adults in East Sussex? The Adult Social Care Community Brokerage team is seeking committed individuals to join as Brokerage Coordinators, playing a key role in arranging homecare services that make a real difference. This role involves negotiating personalised care packages and ensuring resources are utilised efficiently to deliver value. You will collaborate closely with care providers to foster strong partnerships, promote positive working relationships, and encourage service growth and development.

Additional Information

This position requires a satisfactory Enhanced DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) check due to the nature of the work. Applicants who have lived or worked overseas must provide confirming evidence of a police check from the relevant country. The salary will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis for part-time or term-time only employees.

Interview and Application Process
