The Adult Social Care Community Brokerage team is seeking committed individuals to join as Brokerage Coordinators, playing a key role in arranging homecare services that make a real difference. Additional Information

This position requires a satisfactory Enhanced DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) check due to the nature of the work. Applicants who have lived or worked overseas must provide confirming evidence of a police check from the relevant country. The salary will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis for part-time or term-time only employees.

Interview and Application Process
