Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Provide analytical assistance for ongoing and prospective business activities.
• Conduct research and perform data cleansing, covering datasets such as re/insurance, meteorological, climatic, and agricultural information.
• Maintain and enhance existing databases for optimal performance.
• Develop and refine analytical tools to support business needs.
• Support usage and upkeep of crop models.
• Generate market reports and prepare presentation materials.
• Deliver presentations, seminars, and workshops effectively.
• Engage with re/insurers on matters related to analytics.
• Collaborate with Aon offices internationally to coordinate analytical efforts.

Required and Desired Skills

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential.
• Preferred, though not mandatory, skills include working knowledge of MS Access, ReMetrica, R, Python, Tableau, or similar data management and visualization platforms.
• Prior experience with dataset handling and cleansing is advantageous.
• Experience in enhancing data visualization quality is an asset.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required due to frequent interactions with colleagues and clients.
• Additional language skills, notably Mandarin, Hindi, Korean, and Thai, are advantageous.
• Experience in presenting to or interacting directly with clients is beneficial.
