Job Overview

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Team Member for the Ibis London Blackfriars hotel. This position requires full flexibility in schedule with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with occasional requirements to work additional hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide menu recommendations.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding food and drink options.
• Place orders via the Point of Sale (POS) system and communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Deliver high-quality service in the breakfast area including meal service.
• Manage reservations and greet customers at the take-out counter.
• Adhere strictly to health and cleanliness regulations.
• Follow safety protocols and equipment usage instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant according to guidelines.
