Role Overview

The role of a Multi-Skilled Hotel Team Member involves independently managing various hotel operations. Responsibilities span greeting and checking guests in and out, attentively responding to guest needs, and executing diverse tasks such as preparing beverages, making pizzas, assisting with breakfast service, handling reservations, answering calls, managing reception emails, cashier duties, overseeing security, maintaining health and safety standards, and performing basic cleaning duties. This dynamic position requires a guest-focused approach to ensure exceptional stays.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Previous experience in a similar position, preferably within a hotel setting
  • Positive demeanor with effective teamwork capabilities
  • Dedication to delivering excellent guest service
  • Willingness to work flexible, rotating shifts including weekends and holidays

Additional Information

Applicants must have valid eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom, supported by appropriate documentation as per the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996. The company offers a pay rate of £14.80 per hour and full-time employment.
