Your Role as a Barista

As a Starbucks barista, you will deliver the signature Starbucks Experience through impeccable customer service and expertly prepared products. Work in a lively store atmosphere where you can perfect your craft, socialize with friends, and meet new people daily. Your warmth and a simple smile can brighten someone’s day, demonstrating the power of every moment you create behind the counter.
