Having already established a foundation and creative direction, the company is seeking a visionary brand strategist to advance growth and elevate its Blonde Takeover campaign into a wider cultural phenomenon.

Role and Responsibilities

• Analyze and refine the current brand positioning, messaging, and customer experience to enhance brand strategy.
• Strengthen the existing brand framework to support upcoming campaigns and strategic partnerships, ensuring consistent branding across all initiatives.
• Lead development of the next phase of the Blonde Takeover campaign, focusing on increasing awareness, engagement, and demand.
• Create compelling campaign storytelling, define rollout strategies, and guide content direction.
• Identify opportunities to transform the campaign into a notable cultural movement.
• Formulate outreach strategies targeting celebrities, stylists, influencers, and creative collaborators.
• Scout and develop partnership possibilities aligned with the luxury positioning of Pretty Mafia.
• Design innovative collaboration concepts and approaches to partnerships.
• Prepare a 90-day campaign calendar and recommend essential creative production elements such as photography, videography, styling, and PR support.
• Offer strategic advice for campaign execution and growth potential.

Candidate Profile

• Experience within beauty, fashion, luxury, entertainment, or culture-centric brands.
• Deep expertise in brand storytelling, campaign creation, and leveraging partnerships including influencer and celebrity collaborations.
• Proven track record in elevating emerging brands and generating impactful campaigns.
• An inventive, strategic thinker with strong business acumen.

Additional Information

This is a 90-day contract position requiring candidates to be residents of the USA. Applicants will be responsible for sharing their preferred compensation structure. The engagement may extend up to 120 days based on evaluation.
