Job overview
Listers Group is hiring a Brand Specialist for its Volvo dealership in Leamington Spa. This role sits within the sales team and focuses on helping customers discover the latest Volvo vehicles, features, and technologies. You will be expected to present products confidently, demonstrate strong product knowledge, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.
The position follows a Monday to Saturday schedule, with one weekday off and Sundays worked on a rota. Standard hours are 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays, and 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Sundays.
No prior Volvo expertise is required, as full training will be provided to help you build the knowledge needed for the role.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange photography for used vehicles for online advertising and get cars ready for customer handover.
- Help maintain a welcoming, customer-focused showroom and sales atmosphere.
- Present and promote new and used vehicles in line with company and brand trading standards.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries by phone, walk-in, email, and LiveChat.
- Support customers with clear, enthusiastic, and accurate product information across the full vehicle range.
- Work towards delivering a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
What you should bring
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with people.
- Confidence in building quick rapport and creating positive relationships with customers.
- A valid UK driving licence.
- Motor trade experience is useful but not essential.
- Potential and enthusiasm to develop a long-term career in the automotive sector.

Working pattern
