Role Overview
For over two decades, the Facebook app has crafted technologies that connect people with meaningful experiences and content, enriching lives globally. We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to innovate and expand Facebook’s promise to new audiences by evolving its marketing strategies. This role requires reimagining brand engagement through diverse channels including in-product features, strategic partnerships, and branded content to strengthen brand loyalty and drive impactful results.
Primary Responsibilities
- Utilize data-driven insights, brand strategy expertise, and an understanding of audience behavior to design groundbreaking marketing initiatives that enhance brand relevance and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Insights teams to transform business priorities into executable marketing strategies.
- Lead and manage multi-channel marketing efforts through all stages: planning, creative development, execution, optimization, data analysis, and detailed reporting.
- Create detailed creative briefs and collaborate with talent and partners to develop innovative concepts addressing complex brand challenges.
- Work jointly with cross-functional teams to pinpoint opportunities and deliver cohesive marketing programs.
- Design and implement global marketing campaigns to boost Facebook’s brand presence and engagement worldwide.
Required Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience managing and deploying expansive brand marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Strong grasp of consumer behavior with proven use of consumer research and analytics to inform marketing tactics.
- Proven leadership in directing media and creative agencies.
- Capability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program launches and maximum effectiveness.
- Background in consumer technology or related product categories.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
Preferred Credentials
- Experience in the technology industry.
- Familiarity with ethical AI practices such as bias mitigation, risk assessment, and quality assurance.
- Adaptability to evolving project scopes with proactive initiative in defining next steps and engaging stakeholders.
- Competence integrating AI tools to enhance workflows and generate measurable improvements in efficiency and quality.
- Ongoing commitment to AI skill advancement, including prompt/context engineering and agent orchestration.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $152,000 to $213,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities, equity options, and comprehensive benefits. Compensation is determined by skill set, qualifications, experience, and location. Benefits information is available upon request.
