Overview
Join Google as a Brand Marketing Manager focusing on the adoption of AI in education. This pivotal role involves driving a profound transformation in global education by influencing educators to embrace AI technologies in classroom settings across K-12 and higher education sectors. You will engage with educational leaders and influencers to cultivate a vibrant community of AI advocates, combining innovative digital campaigns with community-building efforts.
Role Responsibilities
- Engage schools, universities, and educators to promote adoption of Gemini through targeted content marketing and promotion of impactful programs.
- Create and enhance educational content, working closely with the Impact team to improve training materials such as the Gemini Academy and Higher Education toolkits, while identifying gaps in training resources.
- Collaborate with the Brand team to deliver AI literacy initiatives that help educators foster positive conversations about screen time and AI in classrooms with families.
- Identify and highlight exemplary educators by showcasing their innovative workflows to develop compelling case studies and success stories, establishing a comprehensive repository of inspirational examples and assets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in education-focused marketing, including developing messaging and narrative assets for campaigns.
- Proven ability in designing comprehensive marketing strategies and executing scalable initiatives to drive product adoption.
- Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration involving business development, product management, and brand marketing teams.
- Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency using AI productivity tools to tackle complex problems and optimize workflows.
- Exceptional project management capabilities, managing creative agencies and multi-disciplinary teams effectively.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 6 years of marketing experience covering one or more domains such as growth, product, brand, or social marketing.
- Experience leading projects that involve coordination across multiple teams.

Compensation ranges from $141,000 to $206,000 annually, complemented with a 15% bonus target, equity, and various benefits. Individual remuneration depends on skills, experience, and education.
