Role overview
eBay is hiring a Brand Marketing Executive to support its fashion brand team. The position focuses on delivering high-impact partnerships and fashion-driven marketing activity that strengthens brand presence across eBay and partner channels.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day execution of important fashion partnerships, including collaborations such as Condé Nast and Love Island, while keeping the brand message consistent and the work delivered smoothly.
- Plan and coordinate fashion-focused activations such as campaigns, live events, and content-led moments.
- Work with agencies to deliver integrated marketing activity and partnership commitments.
- Partner with internal teams across social, CRM, PR, and business units to launch campaigns across multiple channels.
- Help shape engaging fashion storytelling for eBay-owned and partner platforms.
- Monitor campaign and partnership performance, then turn findings into useful insights and optimisation ideas.
- Oversee schedules, creative assets, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, or campaign delivery.
- Experience in fashion, or genuine interest in the fashion sector, will be an advantage.
- Strong planning and organisation skills with the ability to handle several projects at once.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage collaborators effectively.
- A proactive, hands-on working style with close attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
Location and working model
The role is based in Richmond, London, with a hybrid schedule requiring three days per week in the office. The successful candidate should also be willing to attend events and shoots when needed.
