About the Role

Starbucks, a company built on celebrating coffee and fostering connection, collaborates with Nestlé through the Global Coffee Alliance to bring Starbucks At Home Coffee products worldwide. This role represents the Starbucks brand in the At Home Coffee segment, managing packaging, line extensions, and marketing initiatives alongside Nestlé to ensure products and branding elevate the Starbucks experience while achieving financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 3-4 professionals to develop and execute business strategies in partnership with Nestlé.
  • Utilize consumer packaged goods (CPG) and customer data to design strategies supporting current and future objectives.
  • Oversee packaging modifications to maintain a unified global brand image.
  • Manage line extensions and time-limited SKUs within the product platform.
  • Drive marketing initiatives outside retail outlets to enhance brand presence and meet market performance indicators.
  • Challenge existing category strategies to influence future business plans both within and beyond Nestlé's operations.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners through effective interpersonal skills.
  • Mentor and support team members’ career growth aligned with Starbucks’ mission and values.
  • Carefully manage budget allocations to maximize return on investment across business needs.

Candidate Profile

  • 6-10 years of progressive experience in brand management and marketing, particularly within CPG.
  • Proven leadership in managing projects within cross-functional environments.
  • Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking aptitude.
  • Experience in developing and launching new or existing product strategies.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and handle ambiguity.
  • Competent at balancing multiple priorities and adhering to deadlines.
  • MBA qualification is preferred.
