Key Responsibilities

Team Environment

The Creator Marketing team leads social marketing strategies via creators for Amazon's original titles and streaming service, crafting bespoke, creator-focused campaigns for movies, series, and brand initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 4 years in professional marketing roles post-internship.
• Proven track record developing and optimizing multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience working within or managing cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
• Proficiency in collaborating across functional teams for campaign success.
• At least 4 years specializing in brand marketing and creator strategy.
• Hands-on involvement with influencer or creator management in marketing engagements.
• Good understanding of the media and entertainment industries.
• Knowledgeable on social media platforms and creator economies.
• Ability to leverage data, performance metrics, and digital tools to shape strategy.
• Demonstrated leadership in strategizing and implementing marketing plans.
• Strong skills in stakeholder communication and relationship building.
• Experience devising repeatable social media creator formats.

Compensation and Benefits

The base annual salary ranges from $78,800 to $137,900 depending on experience and location. Compensation packages include sign-on bonuses and restricted stock units.
