Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is for a strategic communications professional based in Germany who can strengthen executive visibility and expand brand influence across digital marketing and AI-focused audiences. The role centers on turning leadership insight, customer success, and industry knowledge into credible content that builds trust and recognition.
You will collaborate closely with company leaders to shape content that performs across thought leadership, PR, executive communications, and AI-enabled content workflows. The environment is highly collaborative, with substantial ownership and room to test new communication formats and modern AI tools.
Impact in this position will be judged by the quality of industry influence created, media attention earned, and audience trust developed rather than by sheer publishing output.
Core accountabilities
- Work directly with founders and senior leaders to create executive communication plans and raise personal brand visibility.
- Turn interviews, internal discussions, and business insights into polished LinkedIn posts, long-form articles, newsletters, presentations, scripts, and other thought leadership material.
- Create and maintain executive content calendars that support a steady publishing rhythm and consistent voice across channels.
- Design thought leadership approaches by spotting emerging market trends and producing original content supported by research.
- Develop and nurture relationships with journalists, editors, podcast hosts, publication teams, and industry voices to generate earned media opportunities.
- Manage guest contributions, podcast bookings, webinars, conference speaking opportunities, award entries, and external media outreach.
- Partner with marketing, SEO, AI, design, and content teams to convert customer insights into campaigns and original research assets.
- Adapt content into multiple formats while keeping messaging aligned and extending audience reach.
- Use AI-driven tools to speed up research, ideation, production, and workflow improvements while protecting quality and originality.
Experience and profile
The ideal candidate brings 5 to 7 years of experience in brand communications, public relations, executive communications, content marketing, or thought leadership. You should be a strong writer and editor with the ability to craft executive-level narratives and interview subject matter experts with confidence.
Experience working directly with founders, executives, or domain specialists on personal branding is important. A solid grasp of LinkedIn, B2B marketing, executive positioning, and personal branding is expected, along with the ability to pitch stories, podcasts, webinars, conferences, and similar earned-media opportunities.
This role also calls for strong communication, stakeholder management, relationship-building, and project management skills, plus comfort handling several initiatives at once.
Familiarity with AI content tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, NotebookLM, or similar platforms is required. It is also important to be able to uncover compelling stories from customer experiences, internal expertise, and industry trends.
Nice-to-have experience
Additional advantage points include agency background, digital PR exposure, newsletter community growth, podcast coordination, speaking engagement management, or published work in well-known industry publications.
Working model and benefits
This is a fully remote role with a working schedule of 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST. You will work closely with founders and executive leadership and have the freedom to shape both executive and company brand direction.
The role offers significant ownership, the chance to experiment with advanced AI marketing and content tools, and exposure to strategic thought leadership, media relations, and executive communications. You will join a fast-moving, collaborative setting with strong creative autonomy and ongoing learning in an AI-first marketing organization.
Application and hiring process
This role is posted on behalf of a partner company, which handles all applications and the next stages of hiring. Applications are reviewed through an AI-assisted matching process designed to shortlist candidates against the role’s main requirements. The shortlist is then shared with the hiring company, which makes the final hiring decisions and manages interviews and assessments.
By applying, candidates acknowledge that their personal data will be processed for evaluation and shared with the employer as needed under applicable data protection rules, including GDPR.
