Position Summary
We are looking to appoint a Branch Manager to join our high street service team in Honiton and its surroundings. This permanent, part-time role involves working 40 hours across five days, including weekends, with possible overtime after training. The starting salary is £25,480 annually, rising to £28,500 on target earnings post a successful trial, with uncapped weekly bonuses.
Key Duties
- Deliver various services including key cutting, watch and mobile phone repairs, engravings, shoe repairs, photo processing, and dry cleaning.
- Engage daily in acts of kindness toward customers or colleagues as part of workplace culture.
- Complete tasks with dedication and uphold excellent customer service standards.
Training and Development
No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is offered from the first day. This ensures you acquire all necessary service skills, fostering a rewarding career advancement path within Timpson.
