We are currently seeking a Branch Manager for our Honiton branch and surrounding area. Key Responsibilities
As Branch Manager, your daily tasks will involve delivering a variety of customer services including key cutting, watch and phone repairs, engraving, shoe repairs, photo processing, dry cleaning, and more. You'll also be encouraged to perform a daily act of kindness for customers or colleagues, fostering a positive environment.
Training and Development
No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided from day one. We guide you step by step to build essential skills that ensure your success and growth within Timpson.
Working Hours and Salary
The role requires a 40-hour week spread over five days, including weekends, with options for overtime after training. Starting salary is £25,480 per annum, potentially rising to £28,500 OTE annually after a successful trial period, complemented by uncapped weekly bonuses.
