Role Overview
As a Branch Manager at Ascend Bizcap based in Bikaner, Rajasthan, you will oversee the sales and collection functions within the designated branch. This role demands close collaboration with electric vehicle original equipment manufacturers (EV OEM) and dealerships within the area to foster strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales and collections activities at the branch to achieve business goals.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with EV OEMs and local dealerships in the assigned region.
- Ensure that the branch consistently meets its sales and collection targets.
- Recruit and train new team members to build a capable workforce.
- Generate and submit daily performance reports and Management Information System (MIS) data.
- Collect and incorporate customer feedback regularly to enhance satisfaction levels.
