Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire spectrum of hotel operations, including front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, and overall guest services.
• Implement strategies to boost revenue, manage costs, and maximize profitability.
• Provide leadership and guidance to departmental heads and staff to foster a motivated and effective team.
• Ensure all operations comply with brand standards and adhere to relevant local laws and regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 10 to 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with over 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Demonstrable track record managing luxury hotel operations successfully.
• Strong financial management capabilities accompanied by effective team leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills capable of engaging with various stakeholders.
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a closely related discipline is preferred.
