Job description
Role Overview
This position entails a 6-month internship as a Branch Gold Loan Executive, located at a branch close to the candidate's residence (within a 5 to 10 km radius). Upon successful completion, interns will be promoted to Junior Relationship Executive (JRE).
Compensation and Career Progression
During the internship, candidates will receive a stipend between ₹12,300 and ₹14,000 per month. Post-internship, the role transitions into a full-time position with an annual package ranging from ₹2.50 lakh to ₹2.92 lakh, potentially reaching ₹3 lakh including performance bonuses and branch incentives.
Eligibility
The opportunity is open to graduates from any discipline who have passed out between 2023 and 2026. Applicants must possess excellent communication skills in their local or regional language, along with a customer-friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily gold loan operations, including administrative data entry and backend follow-ups.
- Address customer inquiries and foster enduring client relationships.
- Assist in sales and marketing efforts by identifying and retaining clients and conducting local promotional campaigns via internal calls.
