Role overview

Timpson is hiring a Branch Colleague for its service-led retail business across Northumberland and nearby areas. This is a permanent full-time opportunity, with one branch-based manager position and a mobile colleague role covering branches after training.

What the role involves

You will be trained to support a range of customer services and retail repairs. The work covers key cutting, watch and mobile phone repairs, engraving, shoe repairs, photo processing, dry cleaning, and other in-store services.

Pay and working pattern

The salary range is £25,584 to £27,040, plus an uncapped bonus. The role is based on 40 hours across 5 days, including weekends, with some overtime available once trained.
