BPO Telecaller - Loans & Credit Card Sales

About the Role

Kanagadhara Credit Management Services is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Telecaller specializing in Retail Loans and Credit Card sales. The position entails contacting potential customers to offer various loan products and credit cards, understanding their financial needs, and guiding them to suitable options, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided lead lists.
• Explain details of loan products including Personal, Business, Home, and Car Loans as well as Credit Cards.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend fitting financial solutions.
• Follow up with interested prospects to successfully close sales.
• Keep meticulous records of calls, leads, and conversion status.
• Consistently meet or exceed defined daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Liaise with the processing team for document collection and approval procedures.
• Address customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic issues.

Eligibility & Skills

• Minimum educational qualification: 10th pass, 12th pass, or any graduate.
• Prior experience in telecalling or loan sales is advantageous; however, fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good command of Tamil and English; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
• Basic understanding of loan products and banking terminology.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and achieve sales goals.
• Positive demeanor with strong persuasion and communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy, including CRM systems and MS Excel.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary ranging between 15000 and 25000 INR accompanied by attractive incentives.
