About Pickle
Pickle helps fast-growing businesses that have outpaced their financial administration. The company partners with founders, operators, and business owners who need dependable bookkeeping, accurate reporting, and a trusted professional to keep finances in order. It supports ambitious organisations across different sectors by providing fractional finance talent that works as a reliable extension of the client team.
This is not a standard employee position. The work is carried out on a fractional contractor basis across several client engagements, with professionals managing their own time, delivering consistent quality, and building lasting relationships through expertise, dependability, and professionalism.
If you value variety, independence, and direct collaboration with expanding businesses, this role may be a strong fit.
About the Opportunity
The client is a rapidly expanding, AI-led company operating at speed and scale. As the organisation grows, it needs an experienced UK bookkeeper to own day-to-day finance operations and keep the finance function accurate, orderly, and reliable.
This is a dedicated contractor engagement that requires full-time availability and a practical, hands-on approach. The person in this role will form an important part of the operational support structure, helping safeguard financial accuracy while contributing to a business that is changing quickly.
The position suits someone who enjoys high-growth environments, takes responsibility seriously, and can manage a busy workload confidently without close oversight.
Role Overview
You will handle accurate bookkeeping, oversee reconciliations, support month-end activities, and help ensure the business meets UK financial reporting and compliance obligations.

Why This Role
