About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Booking & Marketing Coordinator to join our team full-time, working 40 hours per week. This position melds responsibilities in trade show booking and administrative support with a strong focus on marketing activities including copywriting and digital funnel creation. The coordinator will report to the Events Booking Manager for bookings and leadership for marketing projects, collaborating closely with internal teams and external agencies to uphold brand consistency and promote profitable trade shows.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily email communications related to trade show bookings.
- Conduct thorough research to identify new trade show opportunities, assessing profitability factors such as costs, expected attendance, and past event success to make informed booking recommendations.
- Maintain and regularly update budgets, booking trackers, and other critical documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Manage all correspondence between internal representatives and external trade show organizers.
- Handle payment processing for show bookings and related expenses including electricity and move-in accessory fees.
- Document show research findings, flag underperforming events, and submit weekly reports summarizing research, bookings, and profitability status.
- Develop and maintain marketing content including landing pages, sales funnels, email campaigns, advertisements, and promotional handouts to support trade show marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with external direct mail and advertising agencies to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all marketing channels.
- Create marketing collateral such as flyers, one-pagers, and follow-up materials using design software like Canva.
- Monitor and report landing page and funnel performance metrics including traffic and conversions.
Performance Indicators
- Monthly volume of trade show research and bookings.
- Profitability rate of booked events, ensuring adherence to loss-rate thresholds.
- Accuracy and promptness of payment processing and document maintenance.
- Quantity and timeliness of marketing copy and landing page production.
- Effectiveness of marketing campaigns measured by funnel conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially with financial data and spreadsheets.
- Experience handling large volumes of email correspondence and coordinating with multiple teams.
- Basic familiarity with payment processing.
- Strong copywriting skills, with experience in sales-focused content, email sequences, and landing page creation.
- Proficiency or experience editing/building landing pages and sales funnels using platforms such as ClickFunnels or WordPress.
- Understanding of conversion-oriented marketing strategies and sales funnel principles.
- Basic graphic design capabilities, comfortable using tools like Canva to produce marketing materials.

Compensation and Work Details
This is a full-time, onsite position based in the United States offering a yearly salary between $48,000 and $58,000, commensurate with experience.
