Role Overview

Protelicious seeks a seasoned business professional to join its Board of Directors. The appointed Board Member will collaborate closely with company founders and directors, delivering governance, strategic oversight, financial advice, and aid through the Pre-Series A phase and onward expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer strategic oversight and guidance on corporate planning and execution.
• Examine operating plans, budgets, financing methods, and significant company projects.
• Provide management counsel on growth prospects, risk management, corporate governance, and organizational enhancements.
• Facilitate connections to strategic collaborators, investors, retail and distribution channels, and industry leaders.
• Assist in assessing opportunities for product extension, licensing deals, partnerships, and entering new markets.
• Participate in scheduled board meetings and review pertinent company documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Possesses prior experience as a board member, executive, founder, investor, or senior operations leader.
• Background in consumer goods, food and beverage, healthcare, wellness, retail, manufacturing, hospitality, or venture capital.
• Solid comprehension of early-stage company scaling and financing.
• Capacity to offer independent, insightful, and commercially practical advice.
