About the Role
This contract opportunity is for biology professionals who want to help train and improve advanced AI systems. Your domain knowledge will be used to shape how models solve complex scientific questions, covering areas such as cell biology, molecular biology, and related topics.

What You Will Do
- Create difficult biology questions and scenarios that can thoroughly assess AI model performance.
- Write clear, logically structured, step-by-step solutions for advanced biology topics.
- Review AI-generated answers for scientific correctness, reasoning quality, and overall accuracy.
- Work with researchers to improve evaluation benchmarks that span undergraduate through master’s-level material.
- Deliver detailed written feedback that helps improve how AI systems reason about science.
Candidate Profile
- You are currently studying for, or have already completed, a master’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a similar discipline.
- You have a strong grasp of advanced biological concepts and sound scientific reasoning.
- You can explain complex ideas clearly and precisely in writing.
- You work carefully, notice details, and use a structured approach to solving problems.
- You are comfortable working independently and asynchronously without close supervision.
- Previous AI experience is not required.
Preferred Experience
- Background in data annotation, content review, or quality assurance work.
- Understanding of how large language models function.
- Exposure to more than one biology area, such as genetics, microbiology, or physiology.
