Key Responsibilities

• Create complex biology questions to rigorously challenge AI models
• Construct detailed, logical solutions demonstrating stepwise scientific reasoning
• Critically assess AI-generated answers for correctness, reasoning, and comprehensive biology understanding
• Collaborate with researchers to develop benchmarks across biology education levels from undergraduate to masters
• Deliver structured written reviews that support continuous improvement in AI model quality

Candidate Profile

• Currently enrolled in or completed a master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or closely related field
• Strong analytical thinking and biological problem-solving at advanced levels
• Ability to clearly articulate complex scientific topics in writing
• Meticulous, proactive, comfortable with autonomous remote work
• No AI or machine learning background required

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in data labeling, quality control, or peer scientific review
• Familiarity with large language AI models or evaluation processes
• Knowledge spanning various biological disciplines such as molecular biology, ecology, or physiology
