Requirements

• Master’s or PhD degree in Biology or closely related fields such as Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, or Biotechnology
• Proven expertise in at least one of the areas: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics
• Proficiency in Python or R programming languages for research and analytical purposes
• Excellent written communication skills capable of translating complex scientific topics into clear, precise language
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and dependable when working autonomously
• Fluent in English language

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data annotation, quality assessment, or evaluation methodologies
• Background in scientific writing, academic publishing, or peer reviewing
• Knowledge of AI tools or workflows related to large language model evaluation
• Experience creating or reviewing problem sets, course materials, or research exercises
