Role Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Motor Damage FNOL Agent based in Ireland for a permanent full-time position working from home. This role involves managing motor damage claims from their initial notification through to resolution, ensuring a seamless customer experience and effective recovery processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for motor damage claims, promptly recording incidents and gathering necessary documentation.
  • Handle the end-to-end FNOL claim process, directing cases to appropriate handlers or insurance providers.
  • Investigate and process damage claims by determining liability and coordinating third-party recoveries.
  • Maintain clear communication with rental locations, insurers, maintenance teams, damage collectors, and customers.
  • Keep comprehensive, accurate records and ensure timely claim openings in internal systems.
  • Collect and validate supporting evidence, such as accident reports, photographs, and damage assessments.
  • Respond to customer enquiries, obtain additional information as needed, and uphold corporate standards throughout the claims process.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong dedication to delivering excellent customer service to clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • Prior administrative or office environment experience preferred.
  • Fluency in Italian is ideal; candidates fluent in Spanish, French, German, or Dutch will also be considered.
  • Familiarity with claims or business management systems is an advantage.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Keen attention to detail with the ability to accurately process claims and manage documentation.
  • Effective organizational skills, capable of handling multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills to make informed decisions and efficiently advance claims.
  • Proven capacity to collaborate and build positive relationships within teams and across departments.
