Key Responsibilities

• Manage and work exclusively within existing educational institution accounts, avoiding cold calling.
• Engage with teachers and other school staff to facilitate enrollment in various benefits.
• Offer a range of products including insurance, annuity/financial solutions, and Section 125 administration.
• Collaborate with team members to manage designated metro area territories and support enrollments in other state regions.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships within the educational community.
• Participate in extensive training programs provided by the company.
• Utilize support from a dedicated sales support team to enhance effectiveness.

Benefits and Compensation

• Annual base salary of $46,000 plus monthly commissions.
• Projected first-year income ranging from $85,000 to $120,000.
