You will own the full bid cycle, from assessing new opportunities to delivering polished, compliant proposals that align with yoummday’s value proposition.
In this position, you act as a strategic partner to the Sales Manager. While Sales owns the customer relationship and commercial outcome, you own bid execution and delivery, coordinating all involved teams to create strong submissions on time and to standard.
End-to-end bid management
- Take responsibility for the complete lifecycle of RFIs, RFPs, and tenders, making sure deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Review request requirements and turn them into clear internal summaries for the relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare bid/no-bid recommendations by assessing risk, identifying resource needs, and escalating where needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional contributors such as Sales, Operations, Talent Acquisition, Legal, IT, and Product, and facilitate kick-offs and follow-up workshops.
- Draft, refine, and organize proposals so they are accurate, persuasive, and compliant, while integrating commercial and technical inputs.
- Monitor timelines closely and raise delivery risks early.
Processes, tools, documentation, and improvement
- Maintain and improve bid and project management tools such as HubSpot, Monday.com, and Teams.
- Keep templates, the RFP library, and bid materials up to date at all times.
- Develop and roll out process enhancements, including stronger templates, workflows, and best practices.
- Use AI in a targeted way to speed up work and improve response quality.
Business development support
- Identify new RFP opportunities and help increase yoummday’s visibility in tender processes.
- Approach procurement teams in target companies proactively to encourage invitations to RFPs and RFIs.
- Support Sales Managers with proposals and presentations by providing standardized content from the RFP library.
Experience and expertise
- You bring at least 5 years of experience in bid management.
- You understand procurement processes and are familiar with the differences between public and private tenders.
- Experience with multilingual or international bids is considered an advantage.
Working style and strengths
- You work in a highly structured way and can manage multiple bids with different deadlines confidently.
- You have strong attention to detail, including proofreading, consistency checks, and error-free submissions.
- You maintain a high quality bar and produce professional business writing and compelling bid documents.
- You take full ownership of your work and are accountable for end-to-end bid delivery.
- You can shape complex information into a clear, convincing narrative.
- You communicate proactively and bring stakeholders in early.
- You speak and write German and English fluently at C1 level or above.
Benefits and work environment

- A monthly job lunch allowance of 69 EUR.
- Either a Givve card topped up with 50 EUR each month or a subsidized Wellpass membership.
- Discounts through Corporate Benefits.
- Access to JobRad leasing.
- Contributions to retirement provision through bAV and VL.
- Team and company events.
- A flexible hybrid setup from one of the company’s modern, dog-friendly offices.
- Up to 2 weeks of workation per year within the EU, applicable only to employees with an EU passport.
- The chance to work in a profitable company and help shape its future as part of the future-of-work mission.
