Job Overview

We are recruiting raspberry pickers for a farm situated near Woolgoolga, a region slightly outside Coffs Harbour in New South Wales. This role involves harvesting raspberries during the main season and blueberries during the winter months.

Work Period and Conditions

The season commence dates range between March 10th and 13th and extends approximately through to December. Pay slips suitable for second and third working holiday visa applications will be provided.

Compensation

The pay rate is between $0.7 to $1 per punnet, with the rate tending towards $0.7 as the quantity of fruit picked increases. Wages are paid weekly on Thursdays, accompanied by pay slips.

Accommodation and Location

Accommodation is arranged in the Woolgoolga area with typical rooms shared between two people or for couples, costing between $130 and $150 per week. Woolgoolga is well-known for surfing and fishing, offering a pleasant environment for sea lovers.

Work Details

The workday starts early, between 6 AM and 7 AM, and even during the busy raspberry season, work typically ends around 2 PM, allowing a balanced lifestyle between work and leisure.
